3. Subscriptions

3.1 Certain features of NILKAN are accessible only through a paid subscription plan (“Premium Features”).

3.2 All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, billing terms, and no-refund policy.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.2 You agree to use the Services only for lawful and ethical purposes and not to:

  • Use the platform for any fraudulent or malicious activities
  • Violate any local, national, or international laws
  • Access or attempt to access other users' data without authorization
  • Copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to replicate the platform without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All intellectual property related to NILKAN, including content, branding, source code, and features, is owned by Yantradhigam Labs Private Limited and is protected under applicable IP laws.

5.2 You may not reproduce, duplicate, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, NILKAN and its operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

6.2 Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) during the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms.

7.2 Upon termination, your right to use NILKAN will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

8.2 Continued use of NILKAN after changes to the Terms implies your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
